CS Foodies Treat Card 3 Coming this August!

How to join:

• For every Php 250.00 single or accumulated receipt purchase (dine-in or take-out) at any participating Countryside Steakhouse & Cafe branch, customers are entitled to one(1) card.
• Customers must legibly fill-up first the registration stub from the cashier before claiming the card.

Treat Card Rules:

• Program period starts on August 1, 2011 and ends on December 31, 2011
• Cards will be stamped every time you visit the branch with a minimum purchase of Php 250.00 (dine-in or take-out). Stamps should be of the same issuing store.
• Food treats can be claimed only from the Countryside branch where the card was acquired.
• Only cards with official stamps will be honored.
